Scope:

• The first ever precast cable stay anchor blocks.

• One hundred eight cable stay anchor blocks with a typical size of 9’-0” x 6’-0” x 4’-6” thick, weighing approximately 18 tons each.

• Nearly 1000 cubic yards of silica fume mass concrete for the project.

• A demanding dimensional tolerance of 2 millimeters with 54 different rebar configurations and cable stay guide pipe exit points, requiring 54 different form set-ups.
